The stance is a bit unnatural and the clothes don't seem to match her body shape, her breasts are sitting on her collar bones which is weird and all of her facial features ae sitting too high on her face. Even if she has bangs her forehead still exists. Another thing off about the face is her ears which look more like warts on the side of her head. Another problem is here arms, arms reach down to your mid thigh. Your shadowing and line work are pretty good, try looking at a real life reference.
